A SET OF SIX GEORGE III ARMORIAL HALL CHAIRS

A fine and attractive set of six George III hall chairs, each featuring a distinctive shield-shaped back centred with a painted heraldic griffin crest. The shaped backs are complemented by moulded serpentine seats, raised on elegant tapered square legs joined by stretchers.

The chairs retain a wonderful original surface.
