A fine George II Chippendale-period mahogany tripod table

English, circa 1755/60.

The circular top, of particularly fine colour and rich original patina, with a rounded edge, raised on a turned barrel-form pedestal. The pedestal supported on elegant splayed cabriole legs, terminating in pad feet above the original brass castors.
