A superb George II period mahogany tripod table. The table features a beautifully proportioned octagonal top, displaying exceptional colour and richly figured mahogany with a wonderful depth and warmth of timber. The top is supported by an elegantly carved tripod base, adorned with finely detailed acanthus leaf carving and terminating in impressive ball and claw feet.
