A charming George III joined oak and elm wing-back lambing chair, the panelled back flanked by projecting winged sides and outswept arms, above a strung seat and panelled base, raised on square chamfered forelegs.

The chair is accompanied by an associated Kilim-covered, feather-filled squab cushion.

A particularly characterful and practical country chair, retaining the appealing proportions and robust construction associated with early 19th-century English vernacular furniture.
